Why my transfer has been retuned?

Please note that all transfers ordered to your BG IBAN after the date of the migration will be returned to the sender.

Please be kindly advised to ask the sender to order it again to the IE IBAN.

We strongly recommend you retrieve and share your new IE IBAN with all your customers as soon as possible as this is the best way to ensure your customers have time to update their payment arrangements.
