Top-up Service
The Top-up service allows merchants to offer customers the ability to recharge mobile phones or send phone credit to friends or family members worldwide. This service can attract new customers and increase profits for business owners. The Top-up feature is available on myPOS devices and through the myPOS account.
 
Using the Top-up Service
Web Account: Log in to your myPOS account, navigate to the Sales > Top-up menu, and follow the instructions to recharge mobile phones, see supported providers, and view processed top-ups.
myPOS Device: From the device menu, select the Top-up option. Enter the phone number and select the amount to top-up. Confirm the details to complete the transaction.
 
Supported Providers:
The myPOS Top-up service connects to numerous mobile operators worldwide, ensuring a wide range of coverage for customers.
 
Viewing Processed Top-ups:
In the Top-up tab, you can view a history of processed top-ups, allowing you to track transactions and manage your services effectively.
