Data Deletion

We generally retain clients’ personal information for as long as necessary for the performance of the contract between them and us and to comply with our regulatory obligations. Our customers can request the closure of their myPOS Account and the termination of the contract at any time. However, we are required by the Payment Services Directive and money laundering legislation to retain their data for 5 years after the termination of the contract/account in compliance with the law.

Request for Deletion:
Clients can request the closure of their myPOS Account at any time. The request for deletion of personal data can be sent via e-mail to dpo@mypos.com.

Post-Retention Period:
Once the regulatory retention periods have expired, we diligently delete clients’ personal information from our systems.
