I have forgotten my password. What to do?

We would like to kindly advise you if you do not remember your password for the website, to follow the link for forgotten password through mypos.eu >> Login >> Forgotten password.

Please note that if you do not remember your pass-code for the mobile app, when you open it, click on Switch account >> Log in >> enter your e-mail >> Next >> Enter your password (used for the website) and follow the steps.
At the end, you will be able to create a pass-code for the app only (4-6 numbers of your choice).

If you have forgotten both credentials – please open the app, click on Switch account >> Log in >> enter your e-mail >> Next >> Forgotten password (in this case, at the end, you will be able to create a password for the website (8+ digits) + a pass-code for the app only (4-6 numbers of your choice)).
